Leonardo da Vinci's celebrated painting, La Dama con l'Ermellino, will be on exhibition in Florence in the Palatine Gallery of the Pitti Palace from December 16th through January 24, 1999. Visits may be reserved via the Weekend a Firenze web site at http://www.weekendafirenze.com where visitors may pre-select the date and time, and receive a confirmation in return. Tickets are then picked up at the entrance to the exibit, on the date and time selected, with no waiting in line.
